convenient stay near termini
ideal location friendly staff quiet room
the location was excellent, right across from the main train station (super convenient for early departures). my room included towels and shower gel, helpful. the staff was friendly and the room was quiet, so i slept well.

The hotel is near the main train station (Termini). I found a supermarket just opposite the building, very convenient. The staff were polite.
I could hear other visitors slamming doors at night (it was a bit annoying).

mixed feelings about this stay
hotel entrance thin sheet
The hotel entrance was not inviting. I had to navigate past trash and climb stairs to reach the reception. this is definitely not handicap accessible. the shower head also kept falling. the sheet was thin, and i could hear everything happening in other rooms.

renovated room train station good-sized shower
The room was recently renovated. It felt very modern. the location across from the train station was convenient for early morning travel. i appreciated the good-sized shower in the bathroom. It made mornings easy.
The street was quite noisy at night. Taxis and people created a lot of disturbance. a solid shutter helped, but the room became hot. i think a solution for that would be great.

The hotel is located directly opposite the main train station providing excellent transport links. This made accessing various parts of the city very easy, especially with luggage. there is also a supermarket nearby for essentials.

I had a newly renovated room. Everything was super clean. convenient outlets were placed throughout the room, and the mattress was comfortable. the room maintained a quiet environment, contributing to a restful stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and provided good communication. They were friendly during my check-in and check-out processes. i needed assistance with directions, and they offered clear, concise information. they really helped me!
